Deep garnet red, this wine offers cassis and blackberry flavors with a hint of cedar. The tannic structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, associated with French oak, creates a wonderful symphony of tannins. A period of 12 months of aging will give this wine a softer taste in the mouth. It will marry wonderfully with red meats, poultry and fish.
