Fresh grape must is sourced from vineyards in the interior of the Riverland area, Murray-Darling Basin and the Riverina area in the state of New South Wales, Australia.

The climate is warm and the rainfall is generally low, making irrigation from the Murray River system indispensable. The climate is also continental, resulting in long, sunny days and significantly cooler nights. Modern viticulture and winemaking techniques make the climate one of the strengths of this region. The long hours of sunshine allow the fruits to ripen completely, the cooler nights guarantee the flavor and natural retention of the acid. The fruits are harvested at nightfall and processed in our modern facility and equipped with high technology equipment.
